Prices
All prices at RAVGÅRDEN I/S are listed in Danish Krone (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice. We also reserve the right for out-of-stock items.

Payment
RAVGÅRDEN I/S accepts payments via VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, V Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mobilepay, and Bank Transfer. Cash payments are only available upon pickup at our address and by prior arrangement. Payment will be deducted from your account once the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Krone) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and out-of-stock items.

Delivery
RAVGÅRDEN I/S strives to ship orders within 1-3 business days. We deliver throughout Denmark with free shipping on orders over 800 DKK. Shipping costs start from 55 DKK. Items will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

International Shipping
We also deliver to selected international countries. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, and the cost will be calculated at checkout. If you're located outside of Denmark, please ensure that the shipping address is correctly entered during checkout.

For international orders, please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We deliver only internationally by prior arrangement, including to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Deliveries are handled via PostNord, GLS,  DAO, or other international couriers depending on the location. Please note, if there is no space at the pick-up location, the package will be redirected to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.

Delivery occurs on weekdays. Your item will be delivered 2-7 business days after ordering, and you will be notified of any delays.

Some items may have specific delivery terms, which will be outlined before purchase.
