Shipping Information

RAVGÅRDEN I/S strives to ship orders within 1–3 business days.

We deliver throughout Denmark with free shipping on orders over 800 DKK. Shipping costs start from 49 DKK.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout where available.

Some international destinations are only available by prior arrangement, including the Faroe Islands, Greenland and selected orders outside the EU, such as the USA.

International shipments are handled by PostNord, GLS, DAO, UPS or another suitable carrier, depending on the destination and shipment type.

International orders outside the EU

For selected international orders outside the EU, including the USA, Danish VAT is not charged when the order is exported from Denmark.

Orders are shipped under DAP terms unless otherwise agreed. This means that import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or carrier handling fees may be charged to the customer upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
